Mu Cang Chai District to organize a video clip contest introducing the land, culture, and people of Mu Cang Chai in English

YBO - The People's Committee of Mu Cang Chai District has announced a plan to organize the contest "Creating Video Clips to Introduce the Land, Culture, and People of Mu Cang Chai in English" with the theme "I Love Mu Cang Chai".

The contest is open to all Vietnamese citizens, foreigners legally working, studying, or residing in Vietnam, and Vietnamese citizens abroad, regardless of age. 
Each participant or group can submit up to three entries but will only receive one highest prize if they win multiple awards.

Entries must cover three key aspects: introducing the land (including natural scenery, tourist attractions, landscapes,...), culture (folk traditions, traditional art, costumes, cuisine, architecture, farming, production, unique cultural heritage such as festivals,...), and people (friendliness, compassion, unity, creativity, and integration,...).
Each submission must be a video clip in line with the contest's theme, lasting 5 to 7 minutes, in HD or full HD quality, ensuring both audio and visual standards. 

The video must use English as the narration language with Vietnamese subtitles. All content must be original, realistic, and truthful, without using AI-generated images, and must not violate Vietnamese laws, customs, or cultural values.

All submitted entries will be featured on the Yen Bai Provincial Information Portal, Mu Cang Chai District's website, and social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Zalo,... 



The contest Creating Video Clips Introducing the Land, Culture, and People of Mu Cang Chai in English has the theme "I Love Mu Cang Chai”.

Participants must include accurate personal or group information, including full name, contact address, phone number, and ID card number.

Entries can be sent by post or directly to the Office of Culture and Information of Mu Cang Chai District at Group 3, Mu Cang Chai Town, Mu Cang Chai District, Yen Bai Province, or via email at hoangtrinhmcc@gmail.com. 

The submission deadline is August 31, 2025.

The contest aims to enhance tourism promotion, bring the image of Mu Cang Chai's land, culture, and people to the international stage, and establish Mu Cang Chai as a recognized tourist destination worldwide. It provides an opportunity for travel enthusiasts to showcase their creativity, talents, and skills in designing video clips to promote this highland region.
