Yen Bai has nearly 8,800 models of advocacy and support for women

YBO - By the end of 2021, Yen Bai province had built, maintained, and improved the quality of 8,789 groups and clubs about family, health care and environmental protection.

"Green house" model of members of the women’s union in Au Lau commune, Yen Bai city has collected recyclable scraps and household waste to raise funds to support poor members.

Implementing the Prime Minister’s project on dissemination, education, advocacy and support for women to participate in solving a number of social issues related to them in the 2017 - 2027 period, the provincial Women's Union directs the Women's Unions at all levels to achieve the goal of building at least five role models on safety for women and children in each district.

By the end of 2021, the province had built, maintained, and improved the quality of 8,789 groups and clubs about happy family, ‘five no three clean’, nutrition rehabilitation education, good parenting; and those on reproductive health care, human trafficking prevention, having third child, women with a reading culture, and saying no to plastic bags.
