Recognizing this as a national key project requiring adherence to strict timelines and standards, the district's Council and Task Force will closely coordinate with the Project Management Board of Power 1. Their focus will be on tracking progress and promptly addressing challenges encountered during implementation.

Relevant departments have been tasked with completing legal procedures, documents, and dossiers in compliance with regulations. Local communes and towns along the transmission line's route will collaborate with the district's forestry department, land management office, and village leaders to accurately identify foundation positions, gather necessary documentation, and mark boundaries. Additionally, efforts will be intensified to promote public awareness, helping residents understand the project's significance. This aims to foster community consensus and active support for land clearance and resettlement activities.
